Ledger ® Live App & Exchange connections
Ledger ® Live supports integrations with selected exchanges and swap providers. When connecting third-party services, always confirm the URL and permissions. Ledger ® itself runs help articles and support via the Ledger ® Help Center.
Troubleshooting — login, connectivity & verification
Although Ledger ® Live prioritizes local, device-based security, you may still face issues such as “login not working”, “error connecting account”, or "app not responding". Below are practical steps to resolve common problems.
Ledger ® Login not working / Unable to login
- Confirm you're using your device PIN (Ledger ® does not store PINs in the cloud).
- Reboot the device and the computer; try a different USB cable/port.
Error Connecting Ledger ® Account
- Update Ledger ® Live to the latest version and update device firmware.
- Disable conflicting browser extensions or security software while connecting.
Can't verify Ledger ® wallet / Ledger ® error decline
- Ensure the receiving addresses are correct and the network fees are sufficient.
- For any unexpected declines, sync Ledger ® Live and consult transaction logs.
Ledger ® 2FA & Account Recovery
Ledger ® devices use a recovery phrase (24 words) rather than centralized 2FA. If you lose access, use your recovery phrase on a new Ledger ® device or compatible wallet. If your recovery phrase is lost, the funds cannot be recovered by Ledger ®.
When in doubt, check official resources: Ledger ® Support.
